Shipping policy

JFAULKHATS currently offers standard U.S. shipping for a flat $25 per order. Orders are shipped using the carrier/service selected by JFAULKHATS. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Many JFAULKHATS designs are handmade or made to order. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time. Customers will be contacted if an order requires an unusually long production period.

JFAULKHATS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
